Dr. Evan B. Rosen is a board-certified prosthodontist and President of Rosen Specialized Dentistry, providing advanced restorative, implant and prosthodontic care in Somers and Peekskill, New York.

Dr. Rosen specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of complex dental conditions, including missing teeth, failing or damaged dental work, extensive tooth wear, difficult bite problems and patients requiring comprehensive dental rehabilitation. His areas of expertise include dental implants, full-mouth reconstruction, crowns and bridges, implant-supported restorations, dentures, complex restorative dentistry and maxillofacial prosthetics.

Advanced Training & Hospital Experience

Dr. Rosen completed his specialty residency in Prosthodontics at the University of Rochester’s Eastman Institute for Oral Health and subsequently completed a fellowship in Maxillofacial Prosthetics at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York City.

He later served as an Assistant Attending in the Dental Service at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and as Chief of Dental Oncology and Maxillofacial Prosthetics at Miami Cancer Institute. He currently maintains academic appointments at the Eastman Institute for Oral Health/University of Rochester and Jacobi Medical Center.

Dr. Rosen’s hospital-based training and experience have given him extensive expertise in managing highly complex restorative and multidisciplinary cases, including patients with significant medical histories and those requiring dental rehabilitation following cancer treatment or surgery. Maxillofacial Prosthetics & Dental Oncology

Dr. Rosen has advanced fellowship training in maxillofacial prosthetics, a highly specialized area of prosthodontics involving the rehabilitation of patients who have experienced changes to the mouth, jaws or facial structures resulting from cancer, surgery, trauma or congenital conditions.

His experience includes oral rehabilitation for patients undergoing or recovering from head and neck cancer treatment, as well as the design and management of specialized prostheses and implant-supported rehabilitation.
